Fiona Ray founded Ready About Consumer Insights in 2013, after nearly 20 years experience helping brands develop strategies and communications at leading research and strategic consultancies and advertising agencies. As a Qualitative Researcher, she combines a background in strategy with a relentless curiosity about ‘the why’s’ behind people’s behavior and attitude.

Fiona holds an MBA with a specialty in International Marketing from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird.) She also instructs marketing and innovation at Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim Graduate School of Business, and has guest lectured at Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and the Miami Ad School. She is an active member of ESOMAR and QRCA.

Fiona is an avid sailor who enjoys teaching and racing on Lake Michigan as well as the waters around her hometown of Marblehead, MA. She also volunteers working with kids of newly resettled refugee families working with Heartland Alliance Refugee and Immigrant Services.
